Widows of Europe has been developing compulsive sonic work since 2004, recording and performing under a variety of guises (scke//, Kay Hill, Daphine & Lyndsey) and with a number of imprints (Strange Rules, hXe, KIKS/GFR). Working with microphones, electronics and tape to explore object, detail and spatial fields, the compositions are always exposed and imperfect, infused with buried emotional content.

This recording captures a unique live set of hiss smothered ambiance, loops and cracked electronics directly from the mixing desk.
